I don't think so, they do the best they can, if you don't believe me, you just have to play injustice 1 and 2, why injustice 1 and 2 are so good in their story mode? because the comic NetherRealm took to create the story mode was well written so MK doesnt have good writers yet, John Tobias was the best mk writers ever had

they can easily tell a story about some random characters from the franchise, because MK lore has so much potential to begin with, so it doesn't have to be about the good people vs the bad people in every game to determine the fate of the planet. examples: why scorpion and subzero are enemies, why raidem is a god, why kenon betrayed their army, how shansung got all his magic, the story about the clan of smoke etc, etc.. 2 hours about that what I wouldnt complain.

I know they are popular right now but it has to be 3 guess characters. 
one for season is ok, but 3 is so bad for the MK roster. just because they can do fatalities, its really saad.

the camera angle is so brutal, I know this camera angle wont be at final product but they can use two camera angle, one for the players and another for the watcher people.

Am I the only one who thinks the consistently changing camera angles are really nauseating?
Every extender has a camera shift and it's really distracting. Hopefully it's only a trailer thing...
you must consider that the actually fighting games have to improve in camera angles because of the people who watch the fights so the fighting games aren't for the people who just play it anymore.

Could you explain to me in sufficient detail how Mortal Kombat 11 played like Street Fighter 2?
the gameplay is slow compared to the previously mortal kombats, you can't run anymore, the chaotic combat disappeared because you have to play really slow to do your next move. the gameplay feels like SF2/SF5 it wasnt fun anymore like mk10 because the caotic gamaplay desappered.

For Mortal Kombat to continue impress me they better make Motaro with all legs fully playable lol.
Having a huge MK dryfest in hype, but it can always change. Kabal sold me the previous one.
