I overlook the Mwryly version due to the weird super layout.Mr. Ansatsuken's version is the most complete due to having suitable LVL1s, I didn't like the Shinkuu Tatsumaki being a LVL2.Maybe it's just because I'm a consistency fanatic who think every LVL1 should have a MAX version.Varo's version does this, but the super commands are strange with the LVL3s.But thanks for adding the backroll, I always wanna do that with POTS chars.

Allllllllllllllright, so I did check out 1.8.7 edit and its really nice, however it has this issuehttps://streamable.com/1j116This I can fix no problem, my only gripe with it is that E.Ryu has no EX attacks has a lv1 lv2 and lv3 for 1 super and the dizzy hadou is misisng.So what I've decided to do is make a mush out of these two guys keep some of 1.8.7's edits and add my own fixing a couple of kinks and bringing back the EX attacks to Evil Ryu.A question remove the level 2 and add the level 3 or keep it as it is ? ( just level 1 and 2 )That means changing the CMD Around for Master Ryu too.I'll be updating this guy in the following days.
What about the Shinkuu Tatsumaki?I would add the normal as a LVL1 and the Bofu Tatsumaki (the Master Ryu equivalent with the lightning and rain) as a LVL2.

Nice to see you update the original modern PotS edit of Ryu. Mr. Ansatsuken's updates were good, but I find his to have too many buffs to the point it's overpowered to a normal PotS character. The only thing I found is that normal Ryu doesn't do his special intro with Victory's Evil Ryu, but that shouldn't be hard to fix.
From what I'm seeing/reading, your Ryu is going to be more of the current PotS/JMM. This pleases me, since it seems Victorys (I believe it was gonna be by them) is no longer doing a standard Ryu in the current PotS/JMM style.
I wonder is it possible to adjust Ryu to be able to simultaneously perform his Hadoukens without doing punch sometimes during hadouken execution sometimes like this:
Thank you all for the comments and yes, I am keeping Ryu as close to the original creation as possible.I will check the Hadouken times in USF4 and if they do not match I'll update Ryu accordingly.I also want to give him a cancel on his close HK just after the first hit not the second one, I want him to be able to chain into an EX Tatsu then Super hadouken. I belive that will make him feel a bit less stiff. I feel its a neat little buff.A question, does the AI seem spammy with the dodges and rolls ?
Evil Ryu's Ryusokyaku's FX still needs the black removed.Might as well do a 'Let's Update POTS Ryu' thread.As for the A.I., it didn't do many, if not any, of the dodges and rolls.

K I did Normal vs Evil in FF on Hard 8 and Normal did most of the rolls while Evil mostly dodged and Ashura'd.
