new fatal frame for wii u!!!http://gematsu.com/2014/04/new-fatal-frame-announced-wii-ucan't wait for it to not be released outside japan
It has been a while since there was a game for the series. The original game was for the Playstation 2 wich brings the "why is this only WII U" question. The game should atleast have a Playstation 3 release and ports to other consoles. Nintendo doesn't share it's games with other platforms. It is also wheird not to release the game outside Japan.

Mario Golf - World Tour DLC confirmed [3 packs, 2 x 18 hole course each, Season Pass]QuoteNintendo is offering players the opportunity to nearly double the amount of content they can play in the Mario Golf: World Tour game, which launches May 2 for the portable Nintendo 3DS system. With 10 courses and 126 holes (an amount equivalent to previous games in the franchise), extensive multiplayer modes as well as regional and worldwide tournaments, the main game offers plenty of content for golf fans already. But players who can’t get enough golf and want to expand their experiences can purchase up to a total of 108 new downloadable holes and additional Mushroom Kingdom golfers. The DLC opens up further challenging courses for players to enjoy as they test their skills (broadband Internet access is required).“We’re letting fans expand their experience with Mario Golf: World Tour,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “Some players might be content hitting the links on the numerous courses already included with the game, while others will appreciate the option of being able to add to their fairway fun with new courses and characters.”The downloadable content for the game will be released in three separate packs: the Mushroom Pack launching on May 2, the Flower Pack launching later in May and the Star Pack launching in June. Each pack includes two new 18-hole courses and a new playable character. Players will receive Toadette with the Mushroom Pack, Nabbit with the Flower Pack and Rosalina with the Star Pack. Each pack will be available for $5.99 from Toad’s Booth, which can be found in the main menu of the game. Mario Golf: World Tour owners who know they want to buy all three add-on packs can buy a Season Pass at a discounted rate of $14.99 starting May 2. Season Pass holders will get access to each new pack as it becomes available, and will receive a special bonus of Gold Mario as a playable character at the time of purchase. Gold Mario has a special Golden Flower shot that gains coins for every yard it travels. For those who purchase all three packs individually, Gold Mario will also be available once all packs have been released. Nintendo will also offer Trial Tournaments for consumers interested in trying out a sample of the downloadable courses before deciding to purchase. Consumers who own the game and download the Trial Pack will be able to participate in these online tournaments.DLC ImagesThe reaction to this is gonna be amazing.

the thread probably pointed it out already, but fire emblem awakening already had something like a season pass. you paid a discounted price for 3 maps and downloaded them as they became available.
It's not stupid to release a game for other platforms/consoles. It's just they never try to sell in different ways to get more fans for their games.
it'd be amazingly stupid for nintendo to get an exclusive and then decide Oh let's just release it on the other consoles too LOL. the point of exclusives is to make people go "oh i cant get this game on that other console, maybe i should get the nintendo console". lolsome mario kart menu screensspace for dlc courses???
some site listings mentioned a track editor, but it must have been a mistakehttp://www.nintendolife.com/news/2014/04/mario_kart_8_producer_explains_the_absence_of_a_custom_track_creator
Including a custom track maker/editor could be good actually but, it's their game, their developers wich means they can create those by themselves. I wonder if this will effect their sellings there.

Mario Kart 8 lets players chat with one another in the lobby area using the Wii U GamePad microphone or text phrases as they wait for their friends to join. Players also can create public or private tournaments for which they specify the day of the week, the time and the rules. Per tradition, players will be able to race against ghost data from friends or even the top 10 worldwide racers. They can try to beat them or just pick up a few tips and tricks from studying the best. The new Super Horn blows away all other items – literally. Sounding the Super Horn issues forth a sonic shock wave that blasts away everything in the vicinity, including other drivers, Red Shells and even blue Spiny Shells. It’s a potent asset, especially for drivers trying to maintain their lead. Mario Kart 8 also introduces the Crazy Eight, a swirl of eight different items that lucky players can use one by one.New Racers: Two new playable female characters make their debut appearances in Mario Kart 8. New heavyweight driver Pink Gold Peach glows with a golden light and makes a nice counterpart to Metal Mario. Baby Rosalina shows up for a play date with other Baby characters. As in past Mario Kart games, players can again choose to play as their Mii characters, which rounds out the field of racers to an even 30.Lol no Bowser Jr.
