Well, yeah...
We are with Varo_Hades making a half-custom game project, remake of original "Street Fighter".
Well, you know: new graphics, new sounds, new gameplay and ets.
If really, I made this topic because I'm flooding topic of Color Separation for mine Adon, ;D

Well I think the color separation of Geki but well is a ninja and the one thing very caracteristic of the ninjas are his clothes in the same color anyway I don't have a problem for making the color separation of him but I give you in consideration.
And for Eagle we can use the version of crazykoopa its in Pots style and have color separation.

CrazyCoopa's version have 3 problems- sometimes glitchy throw, not 1.0 and really weak AI.
So, if we use his version- we need to make him harder and sart enough for Win Quotes.
About CS- if you want to make it- you cam make it. But i'll better wait for update of Chuchoryu's edit of Geki- I saw somewhere, that he is making sprites of lost attacks.

Exist one version of mugen 1.0 I remember, about the AI well this can fix even someone like Shin smoke is an expert with AI's and Win quotes is not a problem, in internet we can find them.
About Geki well, yes Chucho is planing to make one Geki but one new with new sprites made by him, because he has troubles when he make one using the sprites of david improved by armentis and the other option is that david he said that he is planing to complete the sprites of all characters but I don't know if he can with Geki's sprites because you know armentis improved that.

-Ryu- or "Metsu Shoryuken", or turn into Evil mode.
-Ken- "Kuzuryureppa" (version of Kamekaze's MvC 3 Ken.) or something custom.
-Sagat- Custom.
But this time by myself: Tiger Knee, Hook, Upper, Knee, Upper and JAW-BREAKING UPPER (Here we'll edit sprites of Tiger Uppercut... The same, but on ground. And without backflip.)
-Adon- I watched here one vid. And... Well, customize these two- and here we go!

For now idea: Run on enemy, when he is close- Knee Bash, Eblows combo (like in LVL 3 super), Backflip kick (Reversed Jaguar kick. Makes enemy FLYING IN THE SKYES!!!) and right after landing- JAGUAR TOOTH!!!!!!!!!!!! It's will be perfect, if after super finish some bones of enemy will break! Or not.
-Eagle- I dunno. Again. But he is officially was in the CvS, so we have many sprites, I'll think something.
-Birdie- first you ned to release him. Then I'll see.
-Gen- well... For you to decide.
-Lee- I dunno...
-Mike- well... I don't know, but here is hint for you: already killed his opponen in the past, in the RAGE... Well, something like custom punch combo.
-Joe- he is Street Fighter. WHERE IS HIS GANG? Oh, there is it. And all with chains, bats, pipes and ets. And they all want for Joe's victory! Even if his opponent will be dead...
-Geki- well. In the comics books Geki is a CLAN. not a ninja. So, little help of clan (outside of screen and looks like Shurikens or Kunais or Arrows) can be a RAGE move for ninja.
-Retsu- well... I really don't know. But I see Retsu as a Counter master. Or something like counter, or something like "Haoh... SHOKOOOKEN!!!!!!".

About the Rage move, I like the concept but in vs game like Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter because looks like a Brutality, but not necessarily we need to discard the idea. It comes my mind that is unlockable, I mean the normal gameplay like Pots gameplay intact but when you finish the game with one character now you can add the Rage move with this character.

In "SFA 4" there was some another use of RAGE.
One round lost, one round won and final round close to lose.
So, it's some kind of "Ultra combo"! And it can be blocked.
It's a chanse to turn off an battle frome lose to win. But if enemy lost... Well... He lost...

Just a Lighting speed kick. Every version planing to be good in they case.
-Light- plans to do for Lie Down enemy and Chibi.
-Medium- distantion. A HAlF OF F*CKEN SCREEN!
-Strong- anti-air. Anso plans to be an launcher.
-EX- 2 Medium Flashes (usual and reversed vertical). In close distantion give you priority to continue (Sweep, Knee Bash, again EX and ets.). I even made an trial: lp, EX Flash Kick, sweep, Knee Bash, Continue Kick.
Still have an glitches (no hitsparks when helpertype = normal, sometimes reverse of Upward Flash and etc.), sut work goes on.
Also planing to do a airal version and even Super on this move ("Who is Chun-Li?").
It's a nice idea or i can to not continue this move?

your edit of sagat has some issues where only his projectile is shown and he is completely invisible but when f1 is pressed he reappears for his lie dead state not sure what causes this exactly I had him in watch mode to test his a.i. and it happened on two occasions I'll try to test it further to see what specifically causes it but just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
As for the rage moves I think they would work better if programmed under specific conditions like a finishing move so they're not overused during fights anyway love what you guys have in mind so far hope you can see the project through

In "SFA 4" there was some another use of RAGE.
One round lost, one round won and final round close to lose.
So, it's some kind of "Ultra combo"! And it can be blocked.

Okay, I'm sorry if this is necrobumping, but this is actually something pretty important regarding Sagat.
You said you wanted his Rage to involve a few Tiger Uppercuts, but this isn't actually possible. According to SF canon (I believe around SFA2), Sagat created the Tiger Uppercut as a response/counter to Ryu's Shoryuken. Meaning Sagat couldn't have used the move until after losing to Ryu in the SF tournament.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but it seems this was one of the few parts of the canon that Capcom seems to have been pretty clear on.
