Ok, I am definitely stopping now, but this is what happens when I say that a sprite is so simple to do that it's not worth doing it.
Hm...something feels a bit...off...about Sephy. Not sure what, I can't pinpoint it. I really like the Reno and Rude though, and that Cid is fantastic! Rufus is pretty simple looking, didn't want to deal with the massive amount of belts from the Remake? : V

Looking at that sprites reminds me she breaks the 5 shades of a colour rule because her sprites do the sfzero thing of having the back leg use darker colours.
I don't think that downscaling Orchid sprites is a good idea, Ned. When you compare her non-resized sprite to Mai in more straight pose, they are about the same size.

(my scalling maker her look like a kid ^^)Even considering Orchid have feet apart compared to stand Mai, Orchid is still too short with my scaling.This is why it's better to leave it to mugen scalling options, so you can adapt it to any common size needed in the game.But I still think this Orchid spriteset is slightly taller than CVS characters size.But not need a big scalling like I did.Thanks for pointing it out, Sabockee
I think it's more about her feet/legs positioning. It looks like she's standing on her toes. There's something weird about those legs in general. I would arrange them differently. Maybe I'll give it a try tomorrow. Now I need some sleep
