So what's kept : Sounds and graphics (logo, style, typo, etc.) from Mugen Multiverse 1.0 keeping this retro style I'm liking so much.
The brain killer select screen style combining slots & unlimited space. ** How does this work? : 364 slots for characters you want to show with mini portraits, if you go to the left/right you'll have all the other characters under the category selected.

downloaded and installed it but options screen seems messed up..doesnt show the right font and the hole options menu is very small like it fits 100 x times into the bg..
edit: noticed that the fonts for the names etc also missing they even doesnt show up when i run mugen Oo seems like there have smth gone wrong when you customized/uploaded it pls fix this this SP is awesome man !
suggestion:
how about making an alternative select screen without the categorys? like having 100/250/500 hundret slots and thats it? or maybe removing the description for the categorys cuz i (and im speaking here only for me) dont use jojos or martimelee chars at all just mvc styled chars so.. wouldnt it be better to make the categorys like everyone can rename like they want? (im not a coder/dont know if thats possible?) besides that the SP is unusable at this time because of the messed up options screen/missing fonts :/

Just downloaded et retested. Works fine here. Maybe you have to install "BADABB__.TTF" in the Windows font directory.

something seems wrong with the 1.1 stages.
AceMillion's mega adventure stage crops in the middle at the top and I got this with stage0-720.

I also did check and I still have the same problem. This is all based off of your Mugen on your website. Not sure why these stages don't work.

Any idea? I tried running as administrator, nothing worked. Please, it would be nice if it worked with Vselect, I always use it.

Great screenpack, looks like one I can finally use to update to 1.1. Only problem is the noCAT 542 slots version (the one I wanna use) having the normal portraits at the top of the screen cut off, I got a lot of characters that don't have ones in the 1000-portrait set you have. Is this possible to fix?

Hey, Dura. I went over your FAQs and even the stuff written up on Elecbyte's wiki about how to add stage previews but I don't really get it. Can someone else kinda explain it a little more in-depth or point me to a tutorial that they know of as my search on Google turned up nothing helpful as well. o.O? It's possible that I just don't have the proper search terms in the search box, but I really don't know what to put in there for the Google search phrase...

Hey I love this...i transferred all my stages over and all of them error out...I took them over from mugen galaxy 3 screenpack...i opened one up and saved it as 1.1 but it still errors out and closes...any advice?
and why do the stages not support widescreen? or do i need to do something? set at 1280 X 720 but still Big black bars on both sides like the screen itself is still 640 x 480

Big fan of your character edits and they fit great into your screenpack. Just 1 question though, i cant seem to see a characters name in the character select screen with this screenpack when using the non custom ports version. Is there a way to show the characters names or is it just meant to show the non custom portrait? Its not much of a problem because its easy to recognize most characters like marvel etc but some more obscure characters are hard to recognize with just a portrait especially for a few of my mates who when drunk and having mugen vs are constantly like "whos this" "whos that" etc. I would use the custom portraits version but it would literally take up way too much time changing every characters portrait after each characters update or adding new characters and there's hundreds of MVC characters now so prefer the non custom portrait version. Posting this on recommendation by @duracelleur: so please don't 'necro report' me ;D. This is because I had difficulty with the victory screen and resolved it over PM with Dura. Just want to make it available to anyone facing the problem.
If you are wondering how the victory screen sprite appears( like in the Deadpool victory screen), just duplicate any sprite that you want to use in fighter factory and change the duplicated sprite's index and group to 9000,2. and auto organize. Then Save As. That's about it. If you feel the sprite is too small for the screen, you may increase the scale in the system.def under 'Victory screen definition'.

Did you go in and install the fonts? its a font in the font folder called like "BADDAB" or something. I had to do that to get names to appear. Sorry if thats not what you mean. and I agree, i may actally go remove the ports i DO have in there so all chars just have their names show
EDIT: just tried the non customs version, names show once i installed the font

Has anyone made any more portraits for this, since the update Duraceller made? Ive tried but no matter what i do, there is still a background that shows up on the select screen even when i use the template and a png with transparant background.

I've always had issues with these styles of screenpacks, but I'm determined to make this work.
Issues I'm having: Characters not showing up in proper categories (they're all just showing in the category the select screen starts you in); cannot get it to work with Vselect at all (the select screen comes up but there's no way to move between separate categories).
I'm adding what few characters I have via the select.def file ... does something go wrong when this method is used?

Is it possible to make one with around 900 characters? I really need one to fit all my characters(I only have characters from legit fighting games and Marvel/DC) but all of them that fits them all just look bland while this one looks legit.

Summer work : big roster update. About 1350 characters now. Every characters folders have been renamed with game and author info (ex : "goku-dbz@z2"). I'm thinking about uploading the whole archive (27.5gb not zipped).
