I'm not huge on blood - but I love the idea of a semi cute, semi gonna kill you character.. Colors (I'm a little iffy with working out colors... Suggestion, add animation to the Stance.I don't have any suggestions for attacks.. Also, Credit me for the portrait.
...might help if you ordered the sprites a bit, and added notes on what was what. besides the spiky hair thing, what are the attacks (if any?)

Well i she's a parody or noroko inspired character why not just use norokos specials as a base but make emwellinnocent?

cool! its like some noroko lil nephew.you could do some reversal like noroko's cry-scream but this way: she falls asleep like a child (a heavy sleep fall over her back) and if you hit her she screams but in a more childy waydon know
