Title: Getting the Steam Overlay to work with M.U.G.E.N

I have a MUGEN shortcut on the Steam client, but whenever I launch the game through Steam, the overlay never works.
It doesn't work with MUGEN 1.0 or WinMugen. Does anyone know if it is possible to fix this?

Why would it work? Mugen isn't a steam game.

Does it work on random emulators?

Yes, it does. You can add non-Steam games to Steam, Cyanide, so that people know you're playing them. You can even add your Internet browser if you want to be a dick.

Works fine for me, just added it is all i did

edit, nvm saw i was playing it in my friends window, but the overlay doesnt work, not everything works with steam.
