Looking at it again it does look like it is the black spots even matches her legs but there being no skin color seems weird.

Nah Capcom is defiantly Bastu as the feet would have to be blue to be Voltnutt and it would need more light blue on it. Sega's seems like someone from Phantasy Star to much white and no yellow makes it so it can't be Axel.

I don't think the arms are include(Ken's didn't have his brown gloves Bayonetta's didn't have her white sleeves etc.) so that might be why there is no red but i don't see yellow or green on the Capcom X are my computer colors messed up? Also i am lead to believe sega's is Ogami from Sakura wars.

Your link doesn't work unfortunately, but I googled it, maybe that is a possibility...but there is a yellow and green pixel colour on the Capcom one...

Better shot of Megaman's back to see the yellow colours, at the bottom of the Capcom X, there's brown, above the brown is yellow and then blue, with a single green pixel 3 up from the left side's yellow colour.

Weird Shows up as a blueish color and Skin tone for me. well the guys at 2ch who came up with the last list did it again i kinda hope they are right just for the fact Bahn is there though Tear might be a bit of a stretch seems they changed their mind on the one that looks like Bayonetta.

Maybe our colour settings are just a bit different, but this is what I'm comparing atm, the green is almost like a Teal colour for me, and the yellow is a bit too golden too look like skin tones, oh well.

The yellow isn't golden at all. And the eye colors are differewnt as well, plus the colors are in pattern of the character's appearance, Volnutt doesn't have white boots.

It matches his arm band you can clearly see on the list Girard posted, the armband matches the color of the teal.

^When I had first heard of that I thought it was pointless with Sony already releasing ModNation Racers, which even featured Sackboy and his own cart, not to mention the whole ability to create practically anyone and any track. Stylewise though the games visually will look very different, and with the use of the various camera angles to recreate the look of other styles of racers, and its' own power-up system, I think the game will actually be a fairly promising release in the end afterall, especially after watching that trailer.
