The name (not the displayname) in the .def file is "DARK WARRIOR2" and the author is "Tin". That's all I'm going on really. That and the fact that it's been sitting in my roster for well over a year, maybe two now, so I may have gotten it back when it was available?

edit: What's the difference between the two versions?

Yea, go into his .cmd file.
It's been a while but I think you've to set his AI values to 0.

Find AI and scroll down. At the bottom of each move within the the AI area, set the bottom values of the moves to 0:

State -1 is ultimately what you're looking for:

I recently tryed cvs2 vega "claw" by rei but seems that everytime you use him his AI activates out of nowhere, I also saw a patch next to the character download but it seems to be offline... does anyone has this version of vega with this issue fixed???? I would gladly apreciate the help, thanks!
