Had to go through a lot of google searches to find this (https://www.mediafire.com/?8c626oa35y358r8) char. (Even went to an archived site of Shimon's website to get him, but the dl link didn't work. Also tried the same site that's hosted on the MFG database, but somehow he's not there. Maybe Shimon removed him?)

But anyway, here's Jirobo by Shimon. (Link's somewhere on the above sentence)

Credits to Ryoucchi for finding him for me, though (I just put him on my mediafire). ^^'

There is the MUGEN Archive if you want, but IDK if you want to wait for public slots (annoying as hell, I know):
