Can a team consist of characters I have made/edited as long as they fit the other criteria?

Its just that the tournament came at the opportune time so I thought i'd pick up a win before I leave on my journey so I can get a rough idea of where my deck stands compared to others and how much I need to refine it.  Sincerely - GravesDisease
Getting ready to head out to the Mugen rainforests?
That's neat and all but the real strong stuff can be found in the Mugen pyramids. Watch out for all the traps in them though.

The only character on that Team I'm probably going to say no to is Yuri SV (and not because it has ohgaki sprites lol)

Alright how about Shadow Dio by Kikurage
Palette 5 same as the others
https://www.mediafire.com/file/vgl7li8hb063vmn/s_dio.zip/file

That will more than work

Perfectly fine with me

I can't really remember if date does his basara ko or not (I don't think so) but I'm not sure.

Basara KO is something that charges over time (and it's blockable.) , but if its a problem in turns, then I'll change him to Ryo by Ikaruga

I'll keep Ryo in mind if that's the case

Team: Merry Band of Happy Accidents
David by Dawn de Era & SuperScratchKat
Dancing Banana by Ironcommando (avoid palettes 11 and 12)
Spore by ZETA, edited by Dawn de Era
Doodlebob by Infantry00

If I did anything wrong, please call me out on it.
Dancing Banana might be an iffy pick, so if he's booted, I'll have Derp by neocargalpha, edited by InvincibleMugenGuy2013 as a backup.

That team will do we've had dancing banana in the past (yea I don't touch 11th, 12th palette GG gold mode palettes at all for these lol), also I've made an executive decision to increase the life from %100 to %120, the fight is still shorter but people won't get destroyed in two combos. This also means I'll probably go for the losers bracket as originally planned.

Ill personally toss you back into the forest you were supposed to be lost in if you start narrating at people again.

I think I'll take a shot at this.

Don't really have a "team" per se since I just play whatever I feel like playing atm, but just for the sake of this tournament, I'll just name my entry "Nep 'Em Up."

 Mami Tomoe by Otzkai
 Sayaka Miki by Otzkai
 Akari Ichijou by Nep Heart
 Miyako Arima by Nep Heart

Mami and Sayaka can be found here: https://ux.getuploader.com/funnyvent/
Akari and Miyako can be found here: http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/nep-heart-depository-186018.0.html

Taking turns in Turn Mode in that exact order. MUGEN's difficulty settings would best be set to 8 since the last two are dependent on MUGEN's difficulty level for their AI to fight at the best.

I always put it on hard 8 for the difficulty settings, also curious if you wouldn't mind me joining in this tournament as well since last time I did that I got shouted at (winning the thing didn't really help either lol

Well, you're the tournament organizer, I see no issue with you joining your own event.

lol we both got wong fei hung on our team

I mean I don't really have any issues with dupe characters, just as long as it isn't like a whole team of the same character (unless people want me to be concerned about that lol)

It's no big deal really in my opinion as well, Unless its heavily duped. I believe there was a tournament that had like 3 or 4 Frank Wests. It can become a little tiresome when you start seeing the same character more that twice. But like Nep said, your tournament, your rules.
