I feel that her facial structure feels slightly inaccurate. I'd move her facial features to be a little closer while increasing her eyes slightly (like Athena's eyes), that way it'd be a little closer to how young she often looks like.

out of all three, I think mine (on the left) is the least accurate, as I was making her, I could't get her to look young enough with out making her look like she was Bao's age or something.
tough choice though, NiO's (on the right) looks good but I think she looks more like she is 13 or 14 years old.
I like MotorRoach's (middle) the best cause her face is a little longer and seems like she is the right age.

Phenomenal work. Karate's a home run. Pai's kick ass and Xiangfei is spot on. Raiden's a great starting point. Can't wait to see how he develops. Just fantastic stuff.

really could use some some pointers on doing his back and neck, there are not that many references for how it should be done... any suggestions?

Ok for Raiden, he's looking a lot better. The shoulder strap should be a bit thicker (maybe 2.5x) and should start to connect to the other (offscreen) shoulder strap towards the bottom.

The left side of Dhalsim's mouth is stretched out a bit too far.

Goenitz looks awesome.

I'll be honest, I was never good with detailing the back of a character, but Raiden does seems like he could use some details in there. The only thing I have in mind as a reference is this artwork.

Dhlasim looks pretty good, but his jaw shape looks way too square like and kind of big looking in general, which isn't really accurate to Dhalsim's design. Another thing that is off are his lips, as they seem a little bigger than they usually are. Here's some reference to help:

okay, I think I fixed the back but then I realized that he was not really centered so I am posting both, which do you guys think is better, more centered or less?

Check Snk Yamazaki, imagine that on the back: that big trapezius alone would cover part of his face. Now Raiden, he's taller and bigger than that, a real giant, and he's sort of hunched there. Actually check this:

thanks for the great feedback, I went back and completely deleted his back and neck... then drew it from scratch, I think he turned out much better then my previous attempts.

here is the progression so you can compare the changes made.
