So the event takes place on Fuyuki's map, you have to clear Fuyuki in order to do it.Since most of us already cleared Fuyuki, that isn't a problem.
It's to temper rerollers down a bit, as usual. Although if it actually happens on the Fuyuki map (seems so), that's a first for them to justify it that way (since all interludes require their map to be finished).
Not only that, but according to other people Shiki's a free 4* Servant (they refer to her as how they mentioned Nobunaga in the Gudaguda event). So yeah, I'm really happy about this.Obviously, it's not official, but really, if they wanted money for her, they would have made her a 5* with that 1% of getting her. Yeah, it tells you how much Fous you are at for both HP and ATK under your stats. When both reach MAX in thick red and you really can't even select your Servant in the EXP feeding screen, you know you're done.
