The pose was already weird in kof XIII, you can't do much about it, if you wanna be faithful to the source design.
You could probably make the sprite slightly bigger. Your sprite looks much thinner in comparison to cvs Yuri.



(I retouched the face in your sprite BTW).

Not bad at all. The pose is a bit awkward, but I guess, that is how it looks in KOFXIII. Head is a bit to wide IMO, I would reduce it's size by one pixel. Other than that it looks pretty good.

No probs, Felo. I can understand why you've mentioned it. My first version of this sprite actually had bare feet like all the shotos have.
But it just looked, well ... too "shoto" :)

Don't take this edit 100 percent seriously, guys. I get how ridiculous it looks, but that was the whole point of this edit. I want to keep characteristic elements from both fighters. If i got rid of this shaking hand and his boots, he would turn just into another shoto with Bison's head.

The physiscs on this one are not right... looks like he is moving in reverse, also looks like there are frames missing (take a look at the belt).
But I guess you didn't make this one seriously, right? :P
The idea is cool though.

Damn... you're right! There IS something wrong with the animation flow, but I'm pretty sure it's not about how the belt is animated. It's also not the frame count... let me see if I can fix this :P
