Going by the list, Cowboy Bepop is well up there for me. Even the dub holds up for today's standards.

No G Gundam, nor Gundam Wings? Really? Not even Trigun?

Anyway, going by the list, Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin, and  Dragon Ball Z are a worthy choice.

Edit: I just realized that you can just choose one from the poll. Oh well, Yu Yu Hakusho it is.

Cowboy bebop.
But I have a soft spot for the Guyver OVA's so bad it's good dub.

Dragonball Goku Time was excellent...
It's all the same in the end, matter and motion, simple or complex. No difference, finally. Death, transfiguration. Ashes to ashes and slime to slime, amen.

Objectively it's Cowboy Bebop, so that's where my vote went

But my favorite anime/manga was, is, and will always be Rurouni Kenshin

Yu Yu Hakusho for sure!! But i also enjoy a lot Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin and DBZ. :)

EDIT: Also some 90's animes that aren't on the list that i enjoy as fuck:
