That video was uploaded on January 7, 2012, so it couldn't have been Ruquia version April, 2012. I assume NSX-R updated the description in April, 2012. Also, Ruquia added on 11/4/2012 in the description IS Ruquia version April 1, 2012. Look at here:https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12294810NSX-R says the same thing as the previous description:"2012/04/01追記今度はちゃんと無期限に設定したので大丈夫なはずです。ご迷惑お掛けしました。"Virtually the same update comment as found in https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm16633251, with the same download link. Take note that, "追記" means, "added on/postscript" or something like that, and probably not the character updated date. So, I believe Ruquia version April 1, 2012 is the version you are looking for, and the latest version. You're Welcome. And, this Ruquia is unedited.Sidenote: Interestingly, Grayeyes2020 does not have this version, who was responsible for this huge mugenlist.
