HUGE CHARACTER HISTORY AND DETAIL RANT

So I started this character two years ago around this time.  by the end of December my HDD crashed and I lost everything.  Grad school and teaching sucked up all of my time and I really did not have the heart to start from scratch.  I recently found an old external HDD that had the latest version of the character and have been fixing and adding things since.

I still would like to eventually implement some of the ideas from the original WIP and release topics.  However they are probably too ambitious for me right now and definitely were then.  I want to add at  least another super and then some sounds and effects and he will be as done as I currently want him to be.

- Egg's animation during egg lob doesn't look good. Make it turn for real instead of just using two animations.
- If timed correctly, egg roll A is an infinite in the corner :

RESURRECTION!!!!

please download this latest version and bug test for me


new bloods please read through the original release and WIP threads because your comments most likely have already been addressed


the egg lob still is only two frames right now this version is still the exact same from last august. don't think I uploaded the version with the egg roll infinite fixed.



feel free to distribute and use this character and load onto whatever databases and such that exist.


As always I am 100% open source


I will take your feedback and use that to fix this version before I move on.  If there is no feedback I will assume that the character is feature perfect and will move onto the next iteration.

PS I have been away for the last 8 months so if there are any tools or anything I should know about to make creating easier I will appreciate it.

crap he's apparantly not 1.0 compliant ummm copy the common1.cns from another character and throw it in there or erase the common1 that is there


this is what happens when you disappear for a year.  at work now will try to upconvert later sorry

I'm using WinMUGEN....

and it says his dsd file is missing. Or something like that.

and most of the time it just crashes.

damn have to rewrite the def file he has more pallettes defined than he has pallettes in the files hold on I'll see if I can get rid of that from here

Finally it works.

Tested and he seems fine at first. Though small chars aren't my thing. Though if a bigger char tries to throw him, he just floats somewhere in the bottom though.

in the .cns you can adjust yscale and xscale he still looks good even when he is blown up.  i left the size small to fit the game but put like yscale=5 xscale=5 and he'll be like half screen huge yoshizilla if you will

that falling through the floor thing is a legacy problem I have to redo the sprite file
