And you know whats fucked up it? having to bury a loved one in a pandemic, where any sort of gathering is a possible transmission. You can't grieve while you're scared that some idiot might try to hug you and shit.
We had to call people to tell them NOT to come, as we're not making a funeral for our grandmother. And what do you know... some people came and got infected, because turns out one of our cousins was asymptomatic and gave it to her and to a bunch of other people.

Still jamming to Endtroducing, none of the rest tho... I still like rap but not the braggadocio stuff. There so many times you can hear someone brag about how dangerous he is before you get sick of it.
I find myself listening to trip hop and lo-fi mixes from youtube alot more than albums tho.

wolfenstein the new order, resident evil 3 og with the hd textures.
i lost 40+hours save file for shin megami tensei nocturne, im pretty bummed out about it as i was close to finishing the game. oh well, will have to treat my next run as new game plus i guess... btw that game is fucking awesome, best JRPG i've ever played.

Its not just that. What the hell is Resident Evil Outrage that seem to be coming out in the same year Re8 Village will also be coming out? now Capcom did release multiple RE games in the same year back in its hayday, but i don't think they have that same confidence now. They seem much more careful now after the underwhelming sales of MVCI and SFV, I don't think they can afford to cannibalize themselves with two RE games in the same year.
Looking it up reveals that its a successor to the Revelations games that is gonna start Rebecca Chambers... the piano girl from RE1 and Zero, remember her?

Thats what they call fomo (fear of missing out). I was like that too, I had a huge backlog of oldass games that forced upon myself for some reason. I played like 3 or 4 of those.
I realized that im gonna burn myself out playing archaic and rudimentary games and will never get to the good ones. Storywise, you lose nothing. all of those games are standalone entries. I wouldn't have found some of my favorite games if i hadn't gotten rid of my fomo mentality.

i always liked the killer instinct games and wondered why no one yet made KI styled characters. so if i was to make dream characters i would probably code them in a KI style with fatalities from mortal kombat thrown in, although i want them to be supermoves that the player can do when his opponent health reach a very low point.
dream roaster:
leon kennedy: i remember there was a kof styled leon kennedy, i loved him even though i wasn't a fan of his gameplay style. i would love to redo him in KI style.

cheating in multiplayer is games is not cool i get it, but is that enough to  deter me from getting a PC? fuck no, online servers are constantly getting fixes and banning hackers, any game that doesn't, is essentially asking its players to ditch it. also that last point is some dank bully hunters shit, just mute or block whoever trolling you dude.
you don't need to build a pc if you want one, there are services that do that for you.

and yes i get it, nintendo and sony's exclusives are worth the consoles i guess, but why buy a microsoft console?
all of their exclusive games and their gamepass service is on pc. not only that, but you also get access to tons of other good games that didn't cross over to the consoles market and the games that are playstation exclusive but got pc ports.
not enough? how about those:
free online mutliplayer, multiple online game vendors, cheap prices on games, refunds on steam, emulators, multiple controllers support, and free remote stream gaming (i guess this is available on consoles too).

This is just more reasons you should buy a PC for, you get the best of both world. Both Sony and Microsoft make console exclusives but they port them over to PC. Microsoft does that more, but Sony is starting to port over third party console exclusives (like Horizon Zero Dawn and Bloodborne).

PC is the best imo. Modern day consoles are glorified jukeboxes, you have to load them up with money every-time you want to have some fun.

But the point of The Boys is not "who watches the watchmen". Its a satirical comic book that mocks superheros and their commercialization.
Also, why would The Boys confirm to DC's standards? its an independent comic book written by one guy who dislikes superheros. If you want another cookie cutter superhero teamup, no one is stopping you from going out there and grabbing one of the countless justice league books or their rip-offs.

The boys does something different, and it does it damn well. Its not for you, I understand. But you shouldn't dismiss it as evil superheros book or another Watchmen ripoff, when its far away from it.

Man you are wrong on so many levels its unbelievable. The Boys is Garth Ennis deconstruction of the superhero genre, in which he openly mocks the cynical commercialization of superheros and the comic book industry to a degree.
The comic book does an excellent job of humanizing all of the characters. The superheros are not "evil" in the sense that they're one note tyrants or whatever. They're alcoholics, they're rapists, sexual deviants, sociopaths and mentally unstable motherfuckers. The superheros here are like shitty hollywood actors in our world but with super powers. They're not villains, as a matter of a fact, the real villains of the boys are a corporate entity that controls those heros.
Their irreverence is perfectly shown in the trailer when Hughie's girlfriend is suddenly butchered by a negligent superhero who doesn't give a shit and will probably not be held accountable for it.
This is a classic case of judging a book by its cover.

this remake has been made to gauge the interest in a franchise that hasn't been relevant for over 10 years. it makes perfect sense that upisoft wouldn't risk reviving a dead franchise with a new high budget project, thats a recipe for failure. should this game see success, they would consider making newer PoP titles. who wouldn't want that?
