It doesn't matter, really.  Natures, IVs, and EVs shouldn't be a concern since it'll just have the stats of the opponent Pokemon.

The only item that most, if not, every Ditto picks is Choice Scarf making it the best revenge killer.

If you were aching for electric, thunder is always a powerful alternative.
Paralysis comes too mind in case of Lugia paranoia more than Agility or Scarf.....but yeah, there's not much and with Kyogre, Thunder is a good alternative.

She has a special intro with any KoF Iori/Kyo/Kusanagi/Kyo-clones.  One intro is for Luise by the same author and Ironmugen's Kusanagi/Kyo.

I'm aware of why Kratos is banned.  Wasn't Freds' teleport patched recently or is there something more?  I'm puzzled at them allowing DLC chars and not Freddy.

And it's just one tourney.  I seriously doubt Freds be banned in all competition.
