Only thing wrong right now at glance is that the launcher doesn't set the opponent in a custom state. This is a big issue, considering how it works and all due to MUGEN's recovery system as well as other characters. Matter of fact, use custom states for anything that launches, like his Shoryuken.
Combination Attack still gives some power back. So does Messatsu Goushouryu.Ashura Senkuu is a bit weird, IMO. It's supposed to stop whenever you reach the edge of the screen ; at least, that's how it works in SFZ, MVC, CVS and SF3. Don't know if it changed since then :s
if this ryu is meant to play like mvc3 shouldn't his shinku hadouken go in different directions, like hold up while on ground or hold down while in the air?
