HIDEO KOJIMA TO ANNOUNCE SWITCH TITLE ON MONDAY!Now that I have your attention. Please don't post any Zelda related spoilers in this thread.
... It's not out yet. How can anyone post spoilers ? (beside maybe the map translation thing...)But yeah, there's already a thread for Zelda anyway.
Prices for the Switch have just been announced for my region (South America):Argentina: 11.000 pesos / 691,19 dólares.Chile: 349.990 pesos / $531,98 dólares.Perú: 1699 Soles / $514,44 dólares.Brasil: 1.200 Reais / $378,42 dólares. Anyone knows if Brazil is manufacturing it? The price is way too low to have it being imported.I'll def wait for some friends to travel to USA to get it.

If I can make a suggestionLet's invent a place where we can openly talk about specific subjects without spilling over other discussions that aren't really relatedand when there's some sort of new information that people don't want to see just yet, maybe we could hide stuff, with, I don't know, a specific piece of text on which you can click to show or hide another longer piece of text, that way if someone doesn't want to read it yet he can just not click itand if I may be so bold, I say we could call this a "forum", "creating or picking a dedicated topic in which to post" and a "spoiler tag"what do you guys think

I don't even know why they bother with this as it's not going to sell at all here. The fact that you can get it for cheaper if you travel to a neighbor country and buy it there and come back is ridiculous. It should be far cheaper by March because by then the government is going to get rid of a tech related import tax but I doubt Nintendo is going to adjust the price of an area the company doesn't even know where's in the map.

my griping about the switch's price here isn't very useful without comparisons to the other consoles. for the following i will use the prices found at american gamestop and chilean microplay for new consolesQuoteSwitch:AMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 531 dollarsPS4 Pro 1TBAMERICA: 400 dollarsCHILE: 563 dollarsPS4 Slim 500GB with Uncharted 4AMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 396 dollarsXbox One S 500GB Minecraft Favorites Console BundleAMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 479 dollarsXbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition BundleAMERICA: 450 dollarsCHILE: 610 dollarswhat's it like in argentina for the other consoles, rednavi? i'd look myself but i don't know which store has relatively good prices
This is the updated list with the new prices I've added. I just checked my usual three most popular console related sites to get the cheapest price these consoles go for (Not all the prices belong to one particular store but there aren't many differences between them anyway):Titiln said, January 23, 2017, 12:08:55 amSwitch:AMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 531 dollarsARGENTINA: 691,19 dollarsPS4 Pro 1TBAMERICA: 400 dollarsCHILE: 563 dollarsARGENTINA: 754 dollarsPS4 Slim 500GB with Uncharted 4AMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 396 dollarsARGENTINA: 628 dollarsXbox One S 500GB Minecraft Favorites Console BundleAMERICA: 300 dollarsCHILE: 479 dollarsARGENTINA: 629 dollarsXbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition BundleAMERICA: 450 dollarsCHILE: 610 dollarsARGENTINA: 848 dollarsThese should all go down once we hit March unless people want to rip off their consumers even more. It's pretty common for Argentinians to go to Chile to buy tech related stuff because it's cheaper than importing the stuff. That's kinda why we're getting some changes to make tech stuff more affordable soon (Finally something *good* happening to personal importing for once).
holy shit that's insane. if you know any argentineans* that want to come over to chile to buy shit and need a place to stay let me know*single women onlysome nintendo network accounts have been compromised (people got access to the names and passwords). there's a list compromised accounts here (there are roughly 450 of them), however you might want to change your passwords if you used the same one for other important shit like your email (whoever had access to the passwords might have access to all of them)http://pastebin.com/3rJDwBqn
