I concur here. I do not see Deadpool and Cable as edits. They're his own renditions and that's awesome. What's funny is that I just tried his Cable out for the first time last night after messing around with Deadpool. While the character is amazing and extremely well done, I honestly don't like the playstyle Infinite went for. I still prefer his original character release instead based off of preference alone, and that's due to the fact that I love how cheap Cable is.

Again, his newest rendition of Cable is fantastic because he went a different direction that actually works and feels natural. An edit would be a simple tweaking a property or adding in palettes or fixing collisions.

Not the case here. Stop calling his stuff edits.

I'm looking forward to seeing where tweaking existing works with the implementation of options, color separation and whatnot pans out. Seriously Infinite, you're doing a great job here. I can't stress that enough.

I thought updating these characters would take longer but I was wrong, I'm almost done with Cables's update I just would like a few more palettes for his palette selector. I might be able to release the updated version of Cable tomorrow.

Infinite's latest releases are his characters (Cable, Deadpool, Gouken, aka those on his skydrive), all coded from scratch.
The edits drewski was refering to are Infinite's very first creations, when he started making stuff at IMT. He took chars by POTS and such, and added more effects, super jump, chain combos, air dash, super portraits, etc.
He then went the extra road and started coding new moves for the characters, making his chars have 15 specials and 20 supers.

He released quite a bunch of those (30 chars, maybe more ? I can't remember), and that's what Drewski was refering to.

This would be sound no-so-popular but all the time I'm thinking how awesome would be playing with Tatsunoko chars in your gameplay...Jun Shiratori for example!
