i dunno give him corkscrew blow or heavy'd super. kinda hard since in all the characters in yatagerasu jet has only few moves and sprites.
btw found that you cant do a high version of his quarter circle back move and the EX version have no hit box on it's light version.

the thing with ex is odd,I forgot to enable the command for hard version,I'm updated that now but ex version actually leads into various followups and all have hitboxes so idk
