About the III ball, how will the EX version work ? Is buu gonna stick to p2 and keep spinning like a chainsaw ? because that would be pretty nasty ;)

Loving the dancing animation, tap to slide would be nice too :)
As for the headbutt may I suggest Crouching Forward + Hard Punch, that way you have a command basic move and you keep some place if you want your launcher to be c.HP !

The thing with cell is that whatever the moves you give him he'll always be super cool ;p
Awesomeness can be considered one of his traits, along with mimicry ^^

But well, it's quite early to talk about balancing cell, he hasn't been announced yet ^^
I think exterminating monkeys and slugs with Freeza will be fun enough to keep all of us waiting for more ! :D

Wow ! This is progressing so fast ! (claps)

However autoblock isn't a good idea in my opinion because piccolo can already take damage with his focus attack and his carnage blitz, the strength button should just change the speed and travel distance of the arm stretch, as well as maybe the duration of p2's custom state.

If you want to give autoblock to Mystic Harpoon, either give it during his emotion mode or to the EX version, speaking of which, definitely go for the Q version with breath cannon Balth !!

I'm just suggesting this as is, you might want to include armor, autoblock or invulnerability to mystic harpoon later on depending on what other special attacks piccolo will be able to perform so he'll be able to create some set ups ;)

Don't know what to improve with carnage blitz ;) I guess you could say that it's finished ^^

Sorry guys for the misunderstanding, I was kinda busy so I couldn't make my words very clear ^^

G.o.D and HQ you got it, I was referring to a special intro between super buu and gotenks : where only Buutenks is standing alone at the beginning of the intro, but then he does a weird expression with his face and sneezes gotenks out of his body (because gotenks was causing trouble Inside super Buu's body), and gotenks would laugh at Buu's face or maybe even flick him off like the picture below because he landed on his face, they could even flick each other off !

then the match would start.
This intro could get variations based on the reason Buutenks had to expel Gotenks, may it be farting (so funny HQ), or hitting him with a fork, whatever the reasons just use your imagination guys.

Afterwards if Super Buu wins the match, he would absorb Gotenks and turn into Buutenks again. So you wouldn't want to loose wen you play as gotenks against super Buu because you would see yourself get absorbed.

Well for intro buutenks absorbed sneezes as gotenks gets out of his body.
For winpose buu absorbs gotenks and turns into buutenks. Tadaa !
Guess we've got a rival fight in mugen :P

This is gonna be funny ! Just a little qquestion, when you mean arrogance you think about relating it to taunts ? :p
And for his kicks i think i once saw something quite spectacular about vegito, i'll do a quick search and post it if i can.
He could also get an airborne ki blast like akuma, that would greatly improve his pressure game, but well it's your creation, i'm just suggesting ;)

I know why you can chain photon bombs : It's because Majin Vegeta decided so (you can't limit the saiyan prince)
You may have invaded his code and his sprites, but he will always keep his pride ^^

It's really simple you just need to search for "uncommant" in the corresponding common file and add/remove the commas to enable/disable the options !!

I downloaded it two days ago and i'm having so much fun ! Thanks to the creator for this outstanding work !
