This is actually Dr. Kilnklein's severed hand (one of the bosses of the game) ripped off and mutated into a living thing. High Five only appeared in the Sculptors Cut of Clay Fighter 63 1/3..
Testing it out, it doesn't seem like it comes from the source game. Moves are different and doesn't even have its voice. Not one of those things I'd keep if I were you.

Well, in general High Five was a rushed character in Sculptor's Cut, having no Claytalities and few movements, but I don't think this should be bad enough as you say. Also, he's one of the few "new" characters in this game who are in the 63 1/3 story, the other one is Lockjaw Pooch
OK, downloading this to see it better... in the case this would be bad, always can be used his sprites to really recreate High Five in MUGEN :thumbsup:
