It's a interesting concept. Is it pure video editing, or did you actually code it for MUGEN first?
this event started as a concept, then was converted into mugen format.

I actually like the concept. Sure, there isn't all that much to look at, as it's mostly the palette what differentiates the character from his original form, but still the aura fits well, and some adjustments to the gameplay can make this an interesting boss to fight, potentially

What comes to mind for me is a mixture of Bison's Psycho Field with Pyron's Cosmo Disruption, would make for a pretty brutal attack.

Indeed I believe he will be a challenging and unique Boss, Wizzy has confirmed him in his game

Theres no need for Shadow Agent or w/e in all of that clutter.
Besides that messy attack, he just looks like a recolor right now. Rather than just toss as much as possible on a character to make it seem like a "boss," I'd rather it be taken in a more slow and calculated direction. Use Pyron assets to make some new specials or spruce up Bison's kit.

This boss features control over a few of the fighters he has under his Psycho Power i.e why Shadow was involved in that attack. That video just displays the birth of a character that all started from concept art. The im sure Wizzy will have the character playing much different from the standard Bison

This isn't my project or my character, therefore I see no reason to answer that.
How can you consider this worth showing to others?
Bison taking Pyron's powers is a good concept, but the execution here is just godawful.
Why you keep asking me that?? This is not my character...... confront the author if you wanna get a point across, and why you the only one that continues to persist on hating on this project?? you dont like it good stuff keep it moving

Personally I think its a cool idea. Bison absorbs Pyron's powers and gains pyrons moves huh....sounds cool to me XD. Why don't you call him Pyrobison or Solar Vega lol.
But if it isn't done right it will end up god awful....god awful as in, a GOD cheap char lol.
I think the only person who could pull this character off properly would be O illusionista. I couls easily see a Pryon Bison Spec OPs style char done by him like this.

"Pyrobison or Solar Vega" those are cool names but this isn't project so its not my call when it comes to such things...... Im sure he will be beatable but strong, illusionista is good the spec ops chars are legendary........ I think Wizzzy can pull this judging by what he has so far this char will come great
