That's the speed the arm moved at in the animation I got: Though you are correct, a Capcom vs SNK 2 play-through with M.Bison says that the arm speed is not as fast as this, but I don't see it as a maker-or-breaker of the animation. I'll look into it once everything is set in stone, but don't expect much.EDIT: I also realized I made a mistake in his shoulder pads, can't believe I missed that.

The mistake I was referring to is that the viewer's right shoulder pad enlarges was getting bigger with the first 3 frames. An easy fix. Messing around with Photoshop brushes today, and I created a dither pencil (yeah, it took me a while to figure it out), and I need an opinion on the results of what I made with it.So as a training stage for Capcom vs. Square Enix, I've chosen Cosmogenesis from Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII as a training stage due to it's charm, and the fact that I wanted a training stage that you wouldn't see everyday. So I fiddled around with the pencil settings and made a dither pencil, and the results of drawing with it (and editing by normal pencil) was this: (amplified to 200%)So the bottom line is for the above results, yay or nay?I would like to know, because if the results are, well yay, I will be redoing the Forest stage for Neocide's Dragon Ball Z All-stars project (because lets be honest, it's a complete fucking mess as is), and maybe redo the Shibuya Crossing (which is, as of now, on indefinite hiatus).So yeah, an answer would be nice. I gotta know.
