So. yeah... it was an april fools fake news.

I knew I heard that name before. Also the article itself is dated April 4 anyway, and since that, there's been a pachislot and more job opportunity ads.

Today is the 28th anniversary of  Morta lKombat btw. The original Arcade version was released on the 2nd August 1992!

it's a shame the company closed down even after they went the easy way with mobile games and pachinkos.
lets hope the new owner bring back KOF or Samsho, we need a new 3D Samsho game man.

They didn't close down, they're a subsidiary of this big Chinese corporation now. Little different from how the vg company known as Sega is a subsidiary of Sega Sammy.

Best thing that could've happened to SNKP. Even had they somehow made it on their own, they've would've been pretty limited. This opens the doors for new possibilities.

I am still waiting for more reliable sources on this one. The text on that one is way too similar to the one that was used in April 1st.
But if it is, then I am sad that someone beat me to buying it. :P
