It's been ages since I've done a non mugen wip sprite so I'm kind of rusty. Here's Harley in her Birds of Prey costume. Far from perfect and with a few shortcuts (especially that jacket), but I really like the costume design of that film

So I tried to make a King Kobra Sprite



I used both Ryu and Geese sprites to help me out

Lovely surprise, this char. Here's what I found:

- You could make a forward throw by playing the anim forward then reverse, as a ground slam
- Power charge aura seems a bit misplaced. Maybe bring it further down and to the left
- The rolls could use afterimages so it's not mistaken for walking/dashing
- It can super jump vertically but not forward or backward
- Jumping attacks should hit overhead
- Special moves could have A/B/C variations
- Damage output seems very low overall. Other than the level 3
- State 3000 has a part where Spudley is airborne but the statetype is S
- States 3103 and 4000 should also be statetype A
- Trojan Potato (nice name and concept) could be unblockable since it's slow. But then you'd have to lower the damage, so I guess it's either one or the other
- Trojan Potato should have movecamera = 1, 0
- Trojan Potato should progress immediately if the timer runs out
- Maybe let Trojan Potato be hittable by P2 and transition to the drop if so. Mostly so it can't stall the round
- Could have a few more chain routes. Plain old A, B, C for instance
- Needs some cancellable normals
- Maybe flip the big portrait horizontally?
- Could use a turning animation. And use that frame before and after the back walk
- Taunt could use a "voice"
- [Size] constants are still from KFM
- Could use more palettes
- This is a very unlikely scenario but may be worth mentioning: Spud Bomb kamikaze lifeadd should be disabled if the round has already ended

Live a Live characters
Highly recommend this game but it's best to go into it without spoiling yourself.

tried doing sfiii retsu from the original street fighter! didnt know about inks method so results are a little off.......... will get better with practice!
