It sounds kind of odd for him to start the round with "Yatta ze!", that sounds more like something that would be said once a round has been won. Nice work as always, though. The Misogi-esque attack where he falls flat on his back is pretty funny.

Think about the good side of it.
Unless I can sprite Sakura, there won't be any other shoto in that game.  ;P

Also, there's that many shotos because they were easier to sprite. :P

BTW how's Gief going? Because Street Fighter needs the Hairy Russian, and since you have the rom where Gief is playable, shouldn't be too hard to get stuff for him.

I'll start turning Haggar sprites into Zangief ones today, after my beauty sleep. :P

I have the sprites from that rom, but he's lacking many attacks such as the SPD.
And then I'll try to downgrade some of his SSF2 sprites as well.

I got the sprites for both Zangief and Fei Long done today.
Hopefully, I'll have both done by next sunday.

Wow... I fall asleep for one sec and this is what happens. More Power too you!  :sugoi:

Actually I had made a couple combo vids based off the new system and the chars that the changes beninfited the most before i went to college. Its been trapped back at home but ill be back in 3 days. Want me to upload them or send you them?

edit:
nm, you said you are making a shin akuma as well right?, if you are using the new system why not just make him power up rather than having two septerate chars? It would be less redundant in m eyes... Never did like having akuma and shin akuma as seperate chars...

Maybe give dan a few more juggle points?  :'(

I'm not sure if i told you or not, but from the system update the chars Guile and Dhaislim and possibly Haggar recieved the most up as far as ability status. 

I'll post some more soon... with some upgrades to my FAQ aswell... could you elaborate on what changes you might possibly add in changing to the new program?

Wow, with all these characters, you won't be able to label it as SF2 anymore, but as SF Megamix Awesome Collection !! o_O

Anyway, I'll be waiting to see how Fei-Long plays, and what moves you'll add to him. Definitely looking forward to this one.

I hope this game will be one of my Christmas' presents. 8)

Kensuke: Feel free to upload those videos.
Of course, I've tweaked the system a bit more since the last batch, and adjusted a few things, but the points you raised are still valid. Guile benefited the most from those changes.

There will be no plain Akuma in this game, only Shin Akuma.
Plain Akuma's silly. :P

And Dan's got enough power already. No more juggles for him.

yay! no plain akuma!

but the point i decided not to put earliar was based off of shin akuma. You arent going to make it so that akuma keeps his moving velocity when shooting the double air hadoukens? If you don't it kinda detracts from is brokeness  ;P

on another note, if you need any assistance on moves or ideas or velocities or such for Zangief, I'm your man.
I've worked with the man for quite a while....

I thought this project was cool when you first announced it, mainly because nowadays everyone makes their characters so full of grooves/systems/complexities that it soon stops being fun.  But now?  Dear heavens!  I LOVE this!  I have ver 0.91 and patiently await the day when you release a new one!  Dan looks cool.. Zangief?  Couldn't be better with him and Haggar in the mix... now Feilong?  This project truly is made of nothing but pure win and awesome!

I agree, keeping the air velocity is what makes the move so awesome for jump-in combos. If you make Akuma go back then people will only spam that move to keep away the opponent and chip them to death, while if he keeps his vel people can use it to jump-in instead.

KKZ seems to come out too fast with too much range, it even hits P2 before the effect reaches him.

By the way, from the first Akuma video, it looks like you need to add "sprpriority" parameters to Messatsu Gou Hadou's hitdef (unless you meant it to have low sprpriority).
