They are right though. With a movie AS BAD as G.I. Joe was, the only reason to see it in thaters would be something gimmicky like that, to take your kids or nephews.

No third season for Avengers: EMH. Instead, it will be replaced with a new Avengers show called "Avengers Assemble," which will presumably fit into the same universe as that horrible Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon and the upcoming Hulk and the Agents of SMASH cartoon (which sounds like it'll be just as bad).

By default I'm not that interested, but it's nice for once to have a book that's not a translation of Japanese stuff, and one of the preview images at once confirms Captain Commando takes place in Metro City and uses Charlie Nash as a full name. If the book actually turns out to cover what little original plot points those games had (and dropped by MvC2), like Shadow and Shadow Lady, I might actually even bother with it.
