TBH I'm not against the idea of finding ways to make the stupidest, ugly, gimmick characters of the series relevant again, and going through genderbending is an easy way to do it and give them a proper moveset, because they do have a concept that is frustratingly underused because they're stuck in all the old typecasting / tropes and they have zero evolution and "new generation" "passing the baton" with newer designs.
Loli Chang was disgusting though. They went way too hard on the "big guy becomes small, small guy becomes tall".
Just give Lady Geese an update plz ;_;

Yeah, that got me. I was really uncomfortable with the ending of the previous episode, and I really wanted Abo to be a red herring, and and and yeah basically everything she 4th wall'd off. Satisfying ending to a comedy show. I just wish they threw a line about the Shrek ass looking CGI getting cut off with a "I have no idea what you mean" but that might have been mean.
I really appreciated Pug getting physically repulsed by the incel stuff.

Oh man, now Deadpool's gonna have to top that, he's gonna be mad and pull another "he died before me"...

I don't know if Logan was or not in the same timeline as DoFP without the First Class jump, you could always imagine a Logan and a Stewart remained there after the DoFP jump and Logan (the movie) continued from that. Deadpool was already in the McAvoy timeline and his Wolverine will certainly be the same, but I imagine that Logan was meant to bookend the character regardless of the timeline. Stewart is supposed to be how McAvoy turns out, so either way, Logan can still happen at the end of the McAvoy timeline. (Deapdool is right, it's so confusing to discuss this timeline, even when you think it's clear in your head...)

Either way, both Stewart and McAvoy timelines are separate from 616 MCU, yes, whichever one Logan happens in. We'll see if Feige decides to use him to introduce the 616 MCU Wolverine with a different actor, or if they won't go that far and only have Deadpool and Logan just walk into the 616 MCU. I don't expect this movie to just say that the Fox movies were in the 616 MCU all along. Deadpool alone could have done it, but with Logan, I think those odds dropped down like a brick.

I found it hilarious that there are so many idiots on the internet who immediately started crying about continuity that they had to come back not even a day later and clarify the connection with Logan. Deadpool needs to explain it in the movie itself.

Greed Rugal is regular Rugal, he has access to the cards of regular Rugal, not Omega. This one is Omega, so that's not happening (neither is cost < 60 ever again). And they never released a bunch of supers that they showed in early trailers for a lot of characters, including regular Rugal, either.
Duo Lon is unexpected, it's about time they started this seriously.

Current phase ends with BP this year, and next phase will be very fast, ending mid '24. Phase 6 is also a year and a half.
By the way, it looks like Armor Wars was confirmed to slip in between Cap 4 and Thunderbolts, if I'm reading the Internet right. Makes it even weirder that Thunderbolt isn't getting a Hammer armor user... Between that and the Leader, there's still a chance they only revealed the characters that we already know (whose design we already know), and there will be more side characters in the team.
Then again, having the show on D+ and the movie in theater immediately after will make it harder for people to keep up with new developments, people already found it a pain to get to Strange 2 after WandaVision, so I don't know...

The AC Twitter put out a tweet to reassure everyone that the rating is stil pending and that there's no real gambling / lootboxes.
On one hand, good.
On the other hand, tidal wave of "there's totally gonna be lootboxes in this, isn't it" tweets incoming.
I do want to believe them because Mirage does seem to have a lot of really cool stuff that they explicitly teased (connecting Bayek's legacy of the Hidden Ones into the Assassins and Altair, the feather in the assassination sequences, the Loki visions, the parkour being an improvement from Unity...), but at the same time, we all know how that goes.

1. Dude. All the Marvel movies and series that you boasted about not following have made it very clear that they desperately need a new Avengers team to follow through. Secret Invasion will make it even more obvious.
2. Ghost, Taskmaster, Bucky, Walker are also in this. Everyone expected Ghost to join a team like that the minute she survived AMatW, it was clear that it was the entire point of her character. Taskmaster was literally designed to be a tool for a team like this. Walker was also literally designed to be the next Cap for a future team right out of Endgame. Don't be mad that Yelena exists in this movie.

1 It wouldn't be an Avengers Team That Doesn't Want to Use The Name Avengers
2 it wouldn't resolve the arcs of all those characters that have been waiting around for exactly this team up that everybody has been expecting
3 it would introduce stuff in movies like The Marvels that are already busy doing other stuff

You're being obtuse on purpose because you're hung up on the name Thunderbolts, expecting mutants, and the whole Internet has already accepted that this wasn't actually the Thunderbolts but just using the name with whatever is available to transition to the next real Avengers team. It's not the Thunderbolts, it's the Dark Avengers without Abomination or Zemo. Your refusal to accept that this just isn't where the MCU is right now doesn't actually make this the right idea for the MCU.
That's right : stop thinking of the movie called Thunderbolts as a movie about the Thunderbolts. We've known for a while that it wasn't going to be it, and that Marvel isn't above swapping names around like that.

The Iron Man wannabe could have been made a Hammer tech and tie with Armor Wars, but there are mutants in that team. Wait for Thunderbolts 2.

Have you not seen the size of the list of titles for the next 4 years in 3 entire phases, did you want MORE ?? Those titles are introducing characters for what's after Thunderbolts. This cast is already tying up a lot of lose ends that were introduced since Ant Man and the Wasp, up to Falcon and Winter Soldier.
