For yagami ad, he will automatically switch to stronger form when his health is very low, but i want him to do it sooner when his health is full and only has a little loss , is there a way to change this?

Hi everyone, I'm currently playing Resentone's Satomi Rentaro, his strongest skill is Inzen Kokutei, however he only uses it when the enemy's health is low. So, how does he continuously using it?, even when I have set his mana bar to infinite, he still doesn't use it very often.
