I'm going to make a Carly voicepack for her since Mid117 made a Carly pallete for Aoko (at my request), plus, since there's no Carlys for mugen i decided to to "emulate" what could be a Carly (well she doesn't fire beams of energy but whatever )

So, it's my first time, anyone got any tips on making voicepacks?
