Just did some POC to ensure the 3d effects could be replicated accurately (to some degree).
But I wonder how many people would be interested in this since this would be an Ikemen GO exclusive character and it gonna takes forever to finish.
I would rather spend the time in playing MBTL if nobody is interested...

Some are ripped from the game. e.g. the wheel.
The others are made of this texture ripped from the game file. e.g. the fire pillar

I know your Saber. So sad that it is stopped.
Hantei-chan makes it way easier and faster to understand the structure of FB's VFX. It still needs lots of manual work to port it to IKEMEN though.
It is great to hear that you would like to share the files. But I think I would do the fx on my own since I am writing in zss. I may borrow the gauge sprites from other released TL characters but it is still too early to consider that.

I think it is hardly possible to convert it to mugen.
Mugen's functionality is too limited and bugged. It doesn't even have a x64 version.

It looks good.
Actually most of the things are done, but I can't release it until ikemen go 0.99 is out. I implemented and used quite a lot of new features.
I am now working on the ai and fixing bugs.

I thought nobody would make Akiha since her effects are difficult to handle. But there are already plenty of decent Akiha made by other authors available a few months after the release of MBTL.
Maybe I should pick Roa...

So I decided to release it even though Ikemen Go 0.99 is not a thing yet. As least it works fine on the rollback public alpha release.
