A Vlov Released
It is still in beta, so there are some elements that will be changed in the future, such as the addition of colors.
They range from 1p to 6p. If you just want to play, 1p is fine; from 2p, you become a Cheap character.
Almost all MUGEN versions can be supported by putting win or 1.0 at the end of the file name.
