He's been updated with a few small bugfixes, all of which are listed in the readme. Also included some palettes made by Meldo!

These look great! But kfm is standing in mid air on that last screenshot. The stage is probably source accurate, but you may want to adjust the bounds or edit the sprite so they don't appear to be "walking on air."

the colors are kinda blending together but there is definitely a platform there.

That's what I get for making last minute changes and not properly testing him. He wasn't taking meter from using that move and I wasn't sure how I didn't notice for a while; turns out I put the poweradd in the wrong state! And now there's two of them.

Also thanks again for finding these infinites, I'll actually get in an update tonight to fix this

I've been sitting on this guy for like a year. I'm just gonna release him.

This is a complete overhaul / remake of my joke Iori edit. It's "unfinished" in that I wanted to add a lot more variants to moves, but I'm just not making any progress at the moment. I may find the inspiration to go back and add all of my other ideas, but who knows. He's still fully functional, with a pretty big movelist and all the bells and whistles, and I figure it'd be better to just have this out here than to hold onto it, doing nothing.

Also, a small quality-of-life update for Psychopath Kyo. He has new AI, more appropriate damage values, and a bugfix or two. Was planning on remaking him someday but, let's be honest, that probably won't end up happening.

Upgraded my Alien Soldier Lifebars into a full-blown screenpack (though the bars are still available independently, and haven't been changed)

This is my first screenpack so hopefully nothing is royally screwed up. Do tell me if there's any problems, or if I've overlooked anything that I should add.

Comes in 480p and 720p resolutions, and has a variety of character slot sizes to choose from (96, 368, and 1536)

NOW IS TIME TO THE 68000 HEART ON FIRE!

Did a little testing. In WinMUGEN and 1.0, GameTime seems to count up for every tick that the game is 'in a fight'. So from the moment it starts fading in to a fight in RoundState = 0, it's starts counting up, and is only halted by pausing the game or entering a menu (returning to character select, displaying a victory screen or vs screen, etc). Once it enters a battle again, it continues counting from where it left off, meaning the only way to reset this number to zero is to close MUGEN.

In 1.1, GameTime counts up from the moment MUGEN is opened and only stops when MUGEN is closed, regardless if you're in a menu or a battle. With these things in mind, GameTime seems to have very niche uses for characters.
