Title: Budge the homunculus by JabSphere

Hello this is my first mugen character all his sprites were drawn and animated by myself. Budge is an experiment for some mechanics that I wanted to see in a fighting game.

One of These mechanics is a button ( z) that gives him supper armor at almost any moment but the use of this armor can greatly lower Budes's  defense over time.( a shadowy effect indicates that its in use)

Another is an input buffer mechanic were the last button of a command can be held to have the move come out as soon as Budge is able to.(example: using a slide as soon as hitstun ends)

Commands (was designed with pad controllers in mind)

a - light kick                                       b - strong kick
x - light punch                                       y - heavy punch
                  z - armor (hold to keep on)
     a+b - throw (air ok)

forward, forward - warp forward(on ground) forward dash(in air)

back,back - warp back (on ground) back dash(in air)

forward,forward, while holding z - rundash(overwrites warp forward)

when in the air hold back against a wall to cling on, press up to wall jump

upback, up, upforward, forward- is a shortcut for instant air dashes

Special Commands

 Rush Punch = Down, downforward, forward,punch( x or y)

Slide = Down, downforward, forward,kick( a or b)

Dive Kick = (air only)Down, downforward, forward,kick( a or b)

Budge has no hyper moves so instead he gains an attack buff based on how many bars of
meter he has, buff maxes out at 3 bars.

Budge does have an AI but I don't know if it's any good.

This is a pretty interesting character. One thing I noticed is that buff system is a lot of buff. A 3 hit combo is doing 180+ damage.
I would really like to see this character become a Grappler type.
I like that the clothes line breaks when you fall into it.

Damage dampener doesn't really kick in till after the first two hits, from what I've played the attack buff when maxed out takes about 3 to 4 full combos to KO a 1,000 life character.
