by far the most top quality of underrated mugen content i've seen in a loooooooooong while.

if possible you should show your process behind this. Are all of the png sprites even hand drawn?

Huh? Those aren't MY sprites, they are from the game "Cuphead", and according to the devs, yes, they are hand drawn.

The .DEF file contains all the info and credits of everything used for the stage
