Update Notes (9/17/2022):
Air Dynamite Straight Last a little longer
Punch throw have punch sounds
Touchdown Wave move forward more
Super Touchdown fixed
Bromwell Finisher have a jumping sprite that pause top give imapct
i think Half is better to me so the EX moves can't be spammed too much
added dash dust and sound on medium kick

This is a pleasure to see some more RS characters joining the Mugen universe!
My wish would be a for a Kyoko "normal size" (Basara Kun's is great anyway ;) )

I suppose that, now that this is here, it would be fitting to submit some feedback for it.
1. His normals, mainly beyond his lights, aren't really worth using outside of Chain Combos due to the notably small damage compared to other chars of the style.
2. The commands for his Forward/Backward Strong Punches and Kicks where you have to release F or B is too awkward and could make you do the moves on accident on several occasions. A better idea would be making it so you have to hold F or B instead like other PotS command normals.
3. Dynamite Straight could do with more startup for the Medium and Heavy versions to balance out the speed of it.
4. Touchdown Wave could do with wider pillars for more range. The damage should also be a bit higher to match his other specials.
5. IMO Super Touchdown could get a small damage decrease because I feel like its more reliable than his other supers.
6. Triple Twister's Level 1 variant would be better off with 2 Twisters instead, matching Ken's Shoryureppa which does 2 DPs for LVL1 and 3 for LVL2.

Seems like a reasonable attempt, especially with the original sprites. I do wish he got some sort of Team/Party-Up for his Level 3 to match other RS characters but I know that would be a bit of a pain to do.

This neat!

Some additional small feedback, his crouching MK (slide kick) could use a dust effect to make his forward movement look more natural

Finally managed to get my hands on Roy and he's pretty fun to mess around with, Dynamite Straight is very satisfying to hit. I do have some things to mention in regards to feedback and fixes, and maybe a suggestion or two:

- Roy's punch throw uses the kick hitsounds.
- Twister Upper is a little tricky to pull off and I can't figure out why, I can pull off Twister Straight no problem
- The stronger variants of Touchdown Wave could use a little more start-up time to compensate for the wave itself moving a bit, and the waves themselves could move a little bit farther as well.
- Roy's crouching medium attacks are both unsafe on hit. It makes him feel a little too reliant on chain combos as a result.
- The stronger variants of Air Dynamite Straight could also use longer start-up times due to them being stronger than the light version.
- The helpers for both versions of Super Touchdown Wave don't disappear after the move is over, which can force the opponent into a blocking state if they're still near them, even after the move has ended and the projectiles themselves have gone.
- When Roy does the Twister Upper part of the Bromwell Finisher, he should leave the ground a bit so the impact of the Touchdown Wave feels like it hits harder. Nothing too crazy, maybe just about the height of light Twister Upper.
- This might have been intentional, but DW's MAX Mode now takes a third of the bar off with EX Moves instead of half.
