There's still Eiji's chapter at the end, but I doubt there will be anything about it, they probably stopped caring or never wanted to explain it (even though it appears she still has that strength in the latest movies she's in).
Spoiler: OOO novel Ankh chapter final battle (click to see content)
So all 5 Greeeds in complete form attack the King at a church, and Ankh manages to throw Medals from Uva, Mezul and Cazali into the King, creating the cockroach, whale and lion Yummies (he wants so much to be the king that he got the king of animals as Yummy, Cazali says) (Ankh didn't put one of his because he wants to keep his trump card for the end). Fight ensues, Cell Medals are pouring out of OOO everytime he gets hit, but then OOO asks for Ankh's medals... And Ankh gives him a Tajadol combo. He learned from both the King and the girl that if you live for your desire, you can't bother with the past and consequences of anything ; what he wants is to recover his dream, and only the King can fix that (No, I'm not sure why beating the King and recovering the final 10th Taka Core Medal he was using wouldn't have worked). OOO says he was waiting for this moment, when all Greeeds would go at him without fear of being killed, when their greed is at its strongest - that's when he wants to steal them again. He wipes the floor with everyone with a Giga Scan, steals a Gatakiriba combo and kills all 3 Yummies trying to protect their Greeed.
Finally all 4 Greeeds are down, with only one Core Medal left each, though Ankh is afraid of taking the other Core Medals because it might make him insane ; and of course OOO stabs Ankh in the back and leaves him with only one Core Medal left. It's the third time the King's arm enters Ankh (lolwat), and how Ankh could be so stupid to think he alone would be safe from being betrayed, and maybe the King planned all along that Ankh would be easier to make a deal with than Cazali...
So all the Core Medals are floating in mid-air, shinning bright, and OOO starts absorbing them, wanting to become the king, no, the God of a new world -- and then it goes out of control. He can't control the power, and then turns to stone. Just as Ankh, lying on the floor, absolutely wants to get his Medals back, thrust his arm forward, and finds his consciousness in his arm leaving his body, and he tries to grab his Medals like "this one's mine ! And that one too !" And a bright energy explodes from the out of control medals, and Ankh loses consciousness.
There's one more chapter for Ankh's part ; I'm not sure I'll bother with the Birth chapter since I never cared about that, I'll probably skip to Eiji's chapter.
(by the way, it does mention that the voice from the transformations is just built in the belt with no further explanation and no particular meaning)

Spoiler: Ankh chapter end (click to see content)
Well the last chapter was just 4 pages, it's Ankh dreaming, this time he's with the girl, who has her eyes open (beautiful eyes), and Ankh is in his original form, wanting to be alive ; he takes her on his back and flies up in the sky to see more pretty sceneries, where no one can hurt her. Then Eiji wakes him up, and they have to go fight a Yummy. Ankh finds that the humans haven't changed, except for new OOO whom he's a bit envious of - it's nice to feel like he has his senses again.
The Birth chapter starts with Date telling Gotoh about the principle of Yaoyorazu no kami (from Shintoism), the 8 millions deities, the Japanese tradition that there is a spirit/deity in everything - trees, rocks, even the Birth driver. Cue the narrator saying "yup, that's me, the Birth Driver".
I took a quick glance and there are a bunch of moments where the Driver is describing the actions of the user (punch, jab, jab, left uppercut, Cutter Wings !") in a very boring way. Yeah, I'm going to skip this.
For the record, it's a pretty quick read, I was reading like 15 minutes max a day and it took me less than 8 days to wrap up the first part, a couple of hours worth.
