The taunt animation looks kind of jittery in the legs/waist,
but it looks great, other than that.
Do you have any plans to do reworks for your other KOF sprite sheets,
like Billy, Mary, etc?

for mary i want to remake her totally, but also i want to make CS for RBS/RB2 and also FF3 mary
also came to mind billy kane....at least one of these will make it within this year

This is fine and much needed work on Krauser. The only thing that bothers me are the abs. It's the same with your version of Geese. They're too pronounced with lotta straight lines.
That's about it.
His legs twitch during his win pose where he dusts his hands off. You messed up the leg sprites on group 195.
It was just the x-axis of sprite 195,3 being on 37 instead of 36. Easy fix.

Good job, This is a great improvement!
I just tested him out a bit and have some small feedback (code related though)
When hitting his Kaiser Suplex (F,DF,D,DB,B+P), on the last few frames of the suplex, the camera acts a bit jankey and the move doesn't look very fluid.
