No, it's a spriteswap of an edit by duracelleur.
duracelleur edited Goh-un by ahuron into his To-Six style, then 0megaturb0 spriteswapped Goh-un with these sprites.

yah i will one day everytime i get close to something complete i take on more
its become more of a street fighter heavy marvel vs capcom
it will be worth the wait thou and i will double down my efforts knowing that there is a desire for it thanks guys

Awesome, never knew you worked on Retsu, but I do remember seeing you playing around with Trasher/Damn D, hope you keep up the good work. I really enjoy'd this, and hope that it will improve more over time! :)
