Cybaster mmmmm in the mugen are one folder named DOCS in that folder are MANY tutorials from ELECBYTE this folder is on every mugen launch even in the first winmugen.

BG CTRL is a command for stages to make A LOT of things

mmm im not sure if you even know CROP AN IMAGE, make a stage is the easy part only put a really big image to your needs and change the code for it to work.

YOU NEED CUT the TWO big ballons (honda and haomaru) to make the file small and easy to read, isnt the same load 200 images with 640x480 than 50 with different sizes, the rest is only proper [BG CTRL] commands.

AND for your "3D" visual stages is the same , you put a video in the sff file ,all the images are big, you can separate in parts and ANIMATE every part.

IS just separate a unnecesary big image , on to small sprites, with that even you can make foregrownd with the 3d effect, like a cannon or a barrel.

hey man you REALLY NEED optimize ALL your stages,you use big images whit same elements,this aomori can be splited in one animation for each ballon ,only one background ,the foreground, bridge ,people and the floating lamps, there is no need to put an extra black sprite.

but really OPTIMIZE your work, it take more time but it looks more professional, same with your "3D" stages, can be the same but in different layers with less images.

mmm no, it looks like a collage from various images ramdomly.....

make abyss more smaller to look like you are fighting rear him,like the pit 2 from mortal kombat 2,or at least make the stage visualy deeper.

I dont know or make the black hole run backward.

personaly the stage can be better than that

 ??? please dont do that,play mugen in red and blue can be mmmm some dangerous and irritating in fact with only 2 or 3 stages, at least make a stereo character.

there are other 3d methods

 :D the bonerine is with the large and yellow claws ,the metal one are with short and white claws you can view in both portraits the differences.

bone claws have irregular form and the metalics are like knifes

Now are two motifs, the normal and the classic look version.

Personaly i want one whit the old school vision, you know if MvC2 was a Compilation of copy/pasted character sprites,then how look the game in a classic format whit more good retro sprites.

Belive me it took me A LOT to make the first one to discard it like that,only i make an alternative to all.

belive me,dont be disappointed the images not reflect the real thing.

well im back to action, really i want make the project for all but for the moment i want introduce you the Lambda version for the Mugen MvsC Screenpack ,it is an alternative for mugeniers.

the first images are on the first post

if you want to add or quit something just tell me, i just want make this version more "retro" to the old Cps games like but whit new age elements, like a remix.

What would have been if MvC2 had gone on a Cps arcade?

well i dont know,and i need fix more things like versus logo or the background in the main menu but

how dou you thing? is crap? trash? wastle of time?  or have future, let me know please

hi everybody, long time has passed sorry for delay, you know life is hard this days.

well just going to announce , i promissed new portraits and that is:

the double 56 portraits and the final template.
No more backward name and oversized image,those are just the thing would be.

You can use,edit,rename,host it, or whatever you want with them

Only remember ,you see them first on www.dakangel.co.cc  ;D

hi man,this is the same reply than IMT ,you need to do a few fixes in psylocke ,first you have many sprites unused (thanks for the sprite set) and when psy makes any type of his blade move look poor animated and fail too fast to the ground.
i dont know how is the eoh fight system but this char need medicine

talbain need more exagerated moves,if eoh use things from mvc2 you need exagerate certain moves like two or three more punches on one of his hypers, then the fire wolf you can use the original image from darkstalkers but more colorated (red,orange,blue like fire)

remember the felicia sand attack from mvc2 is different for previous games (has two sand color) or his spin atack has more moves

morrigan soul eraser differ from mvc1 and mvc2 (in mvc2 bats change colors)

anakaris has alot of improvement in mvc2

why not only all make a new one with the same way

allegro libraries and c++ we can make a really open mugen or open engine

many codders in mugen world can make

look if you really want a source engine MAKE YOURSELF

install c++ and allegro and thats it ,you can make your own fight engine ,then ,share the source code and everyone can apport a bit to make a new improvement

not pay for others with your money to give another happines and then tell your "sacrifice"
