I tested this creation out for a few minutes and I was impressed. Let them supply the materials for others first and have it be converted then, or else you would be making contributors of coders for other engines and spriters that never did anything towards mugen.Not saying that they are bad spriters or anything like that, just that they should do something towards helping mugen before bumping them up.

i am with iced on this one, until at least a ryouwin quality char is made using their sprites, they should not be awarded contributors. if just for the sake of newbie's reference. unless of course, they have put their psrites in an easy downloadable manner so that anybody can get them.
