Here is a little "demo" you can test the current changes and system with.

I made changes to the counter hit system
-removed the pause
-counter hits hit harder

Added the UT bar to the chars
-Ryu has focus attack (2 Stocks)
invincibility for 1 hit during charge up

-Sagat has angry charge(4 Stocks)
Its different than SFIV version.
mine grants you invincibility for 1 hit not just tiger upper
and he hits harder

UT reversals cost the whole UT bar.

theres still a few minor things to touch up on sagat
like his UT reversal, Im gonna make it look a bit
more brutal.

Only these 2 are in this build for now, download it and
when im ready to release Terry and Shimo you can just
add them right in and test test test...i need someone
to test these 2 and let me know if anything breaks,
if they feel "balanced".

*This is mugen 1.1, i also edited the stages to add zoom(just a lil bit lol)
and the training stage was made by me edited from EXShadows TvC training stage.

*Oh damn i forgot, command for UT reversals is hold back Y+B during on block state..ON BLOCK STATE
like right when you block its easy to miss.

Test it out, let me know how the system plays.
It's a radical departure from Sean's CvTW, It's
designed to be more of a serious fighter.

Next update will have 6 fighters and some small changes to some mechanics
and Batsu will debut my version of a "magic series" combo system I thought
up for him since in his source it debuted and he should have it, but done a
bit different to balance him out vs other fighters.
