Batsu and Andy for me.But I'm also hyped by Heichachi.Reiji would be nice too. but I really don't like his sprites.If I was not already full, I would try some upgrade on him.Bastu would be very good, because I think there is a good base of character, and The recen upgrade of Dampir can be used and tweaked into the perfect Batsu.
Voted for Heihachi cause I've silently been hoping you make him after dropping Kazuya. You already made edits to Infinite's Jin too, I'm so down for what you could do with Heihachi.
With the permission from Sean I'd deffo say any SHADES character. I love those character designs so much that I would love to see them ellaborated and done fanstuff with, since they are golden.

Several sprites also lack the added details like more arm wraps and the gi tiger. I may request these or try to add them in myself, but it is what it is for now. I'd also need an appropriate big port that keeps his appearance (Not Topless or Young) that blends well with the ports for Kazuya and Jin.More info to come, mainly when the time is up.

Not sure how well this one fits with the style you're aiming for, but I decided to give it a shot anyway.The artist of the image I used is benscott81 and you can find the original image here, so it would be a good idea to credit him.

I did a quick edit in photoshop, not sure if this helps, had to make the background solid for the effect I applied to leave the outlines on the hair ok, I can always try darkening the hair to make it a bit more greyish if you like
