Just a little try to create spritie on the character of Vegeta, yes I'm starting because I've never created pixel art by myself yet. Only in color palette etidion and project corrections

He looks a little unfinished, pretty rough around the edges. Like some shapes aren't very defined yet.
And while it is in fact saved as a .PNG,it has weird color bleeding as if it were a JPEG, what did you do exactly?
