how can you stop the stage from shaking after a character being throw?

I think you'll have to edit your characters one by one, at least the ones who make the screen shake. There is a sctrl called EnvShake (and sometimes HitDef uses it too, but for throws usually is a separated sctrl), removing it from the custom state that characters enter when being thrown should work.
